Use the instructions below to configure your email stationery in Microsoft Outlook.

| Step 1: |
Click the link in the email we send to you titled, "Your E-Stationery File Is Ready." |
| Step 2: |
Your web browser will open and your email stationery will be displayed. |
| Step 3: |
Using your keyboard, press down and hold the CTRL button, and then press down the A button (the 'Select All' command - CTRL+A) to highlight your stationery. |
| Step 4: |
Using your keyboard, press down and hold the CTRL button again, and then press down the C button (the 'Copy' command - CTRL+C) to copy your stationery into memory. |
| Step 5: |
Launch Outlook. |
| Step 6: |
From the main screen in Outlook, click on Tools from the toolbar menu. (See screen shot below for steps 6 and 7.) |

Select Options from the drop-down menu. (See screen shot below for steps 6 and 7.) |

In the Options dialog box that appears, click on the Mail Format tab. (See screen shot below for steps 8, 9, 11 and 12.) |

In the mail sending format section of this screen, set the format to HTML, use the drop-down menu to select it. (See screen shot below for steps 8, 9, 11 and 12.) |

Uncheck the box that says, "Use Microsoft Word to edit email messages." The first time you send an email using your stationery, Outlook may ask is you wish to use Word to edit your email message, you must reply No in order for your email stationery to work properly. |
| Step 11: |
If you use a signature file you will need to disable it (as it is most likely built into your email stationery anyway). Click the drop-down menu in above the "Signature Picker" button and scroll the menu to the top to select <None>. (See screen shot below for steps 8, 9, 11 and 12.) |

Then click on the Stationery Picker button. (See screen shot below for steps 8, 9, 11 and 12.) |

Click on the New button. (See screen shot below for steps 13.)

Type in a name for your new stationery |
| Step 15: |
Leave everything else the same and select Next. |
| Step 16: |
In the "Preview" window, at the bottom of the screen, right-click your mouse and select Paste, from the drop-down menu. If the "Paste" option does not appear, use your keyboard to press and hold the CTRL button, and press the V button (the "Paste" command - CTRL+V). (See screen shot below for steps 16 and 17.) |

Click the OK button to close the "Edit Stationery" dialog box. (See screen shot below for steps 16 and 17.) |

Click OK on the the "Stationery Picker" dialog box to close it. |
| Step 19: |
On the "Options" dialog box (Mail Format tab) click on the Internet Formet button. (See screen shot below for step 19.)

On the "Internet Format" dialog box Uncheck the box that says, send a copy of pictures, in the "HTML options" section of this screen. Then click the OK button to close this screen. (See screen shot below for step 20.)

Click Apply on the "Options" dialog box, and then click OK to complete the installation and save your changes. |
| Step 22: |
Click New Mail Message to send an email on your new stationery. |
