Use the instructions below to configure your email stationery in Outlook Express.

Launch Outlook Express. On the main screen, click on Tools in the main toolbar menu. (See screen shot below for steps 1 and 2.) |

Select Options from the drop-down menu. (See screen shot below for steps 1 and 2.) |

Click on the Send tab in the "Options" dialog box. (See screen shot below for steps 3 and 4.) |

In the middle of the screen, make sure the "Mail Sending Format" is set to HTML button. (See screen shot below for steps 3 and 4.) |

Click on the Compose tab in the "Options" dialog box. (See screen shot below for steps 5-7.) |

In the "Stationery" section of this screen, put a Check in the box next to "Mail". (See screen shot below for steps 5-7.) |

Click the Select button in the "Stationery" section. (See screen shot below for steps 5-7.) |

In the "Select Stationery" dialog box that appears, locate your email stationery, estationery_your-name.html, from the list and click on it to highlight it. Then click OK to close the "Select Stationery" dialog box. (See screen shot below for step 8.) |

Click on the Apply button in the "Options" dialog box, then OK to save your changes. |

Click on the Create Mail button and your new stationery will appear. |
