Use the information below to access your hosted email account and configure your email accounts in Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express.
Instructions - Email Client Software Setup For Outlook:
Step 1:
Launch Outlook. On the main screen, click on Tools in the main toolbar menu. (See screen shot below for steps 1 and 2.)
Step 2:
Select Email Accounts... from the drop-down menu. (See screen shot below for steps 1 and 2.)

Step 3:
Select the Add a new email account option under "Email" section of in the "Email Accounts" dialog box. Then click Next.

Select POP3 option under "Server Type" section of in the "Email Accounts" dialog box. Then click Next.

Type in your user information in the appropriate boxes:
Your Name: Type in the name you wish to appear on your outgoing email messages for this account.
Email Address: Type in your email address - username@domain.com
Incoming mail server (POP3): Type - email.domain.com
Outgoing mail server (SMTP): Contact your ISP for your outgoing mail server.
User Name: Type in your email address - username@domain.com
Password: Type in your password. If you'd like Outlook to remember your password, and not prompt you for it each time you send and receive email, Check the field labeled "Remember Password".

Click Finish to close the "Email Accounts" dialog box and save your changes.
