Email Setup Instructions

Use the information below to access your hosted email account and configure your email accounts in Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express.

Instructions - Email Client Software Setup For Outlook Express:
Step 1: Launch Outlook Express. On the main screen, click on Tools in the main toolbar menu. (See screen shot below for steps 1 and 2.)
Step 2: Select Accounts from the drop-down menu. (See screen shot below for steps 1 and 2.)

Step 3: Click Add from the "Internet Accounts" dialog box. Then select Mail from the drop-down menu.

Step 4: Complete the following fields in the Internet Connection Wizard window.
Step 5: Display Name: Type in the name you wish to appear on your outgoing email messages for this account, click "Next".

Step 6: Email Address: Type in your email address - username@domain.com, click "Next".

Step 7: Select POP3 from the drop-down menu for "My incoming mail server is...".
  • Incoming mail server: Type - mail.domain.com
  • Outgoing mail server (SMTP): Contact your ISP for your outgoing mail server, click "Next".

Step 8: On the "Internet Mail Login" screen:
  • Account Name: Type in your email address - username@domain.com
  • Password: Type in your password. If you'd like Outlook to remember your password, and not prompt you for it each time you send and receive email, Check the field labeled "Remember Password", click "Next".

Step 9: Click Finish to close the "Internet Accounts" dialog box when you have completed the Internet Connection Wizard to save your changes.
