Email Account Management Instructions

Use the information below to access your hosted email account and configure your email accounts using the Account Control Panel.

Instructions - Accessing Email Account Manager:
Step 1: Launch your internet browser. In your browser's "Address" bar type http://mail.domain.com - where DOMAIN.com is your domain name.

Step 2: To access your Admin Email Account to change settings to all email user accounts, or add/edit/delete users, enter your administrative email address, for example admin-user@domain.com and Password from your "Welcome..." email (Customer ID, Customer Password); then click the Login button.

To access your User Email Account to edit your settings, change your password, read/send email, or add/edit/delete contacts, enter your user email address, for example user@domain.com and Password information received from your Administrator; then click the Login button.

Step 3: Use the menu to send mail, enter contacts, view reports, or edit settings. If you need help using your Email Account Manager, click the Help button in the top-right corner of the main screen. (See screenshot below for steps 3 and 4.)
Step 4: When you are finished editing your email settings, click the Logout link and close your browser window. (See screenshot below for steps 3 and 4.)
