Instructions - Updating Your Admin Contact:

It is important to keep your admin contact information on file up to date so we may contact your with important information related to your service.
Step 1: Submit a ticket to our Altra Clear Help Desk
(Use the "Tech Support - General" option.)
Step 2: In the Subject field enter ID Admin Contact Update
(Where "ID" is the Customer ID -or- your Domain Name.)
